A Location Known Only to Locals
Owners at HAVN enjoy beaches reserved for local residents and charming low-traffic roads, while also being just minutes from Palm Beach, Jupiter, and West Palm Beach. To say it’s the best of both worlds is just the beginning.
The reason Palm Beach Shores has been able to preserve its hidden-away character for nearly 80 years has a lot to do with its history…
In the 1920s, the island where Palm Beach Shores exists was completely separated from mainland Palm Beach. It wasn’t until the famed Singer Sewing Machine family proposed an ultra-luxury hotel on the island that the county decided to build a bridge across the Intracoastal Waterway. Singer Island, as it is now known, continues to be home to some of the world’s top luxury resort and condominium lifestyle experiences.
Despite being conveniently close to all the culture, business, shopping, events, and entertainment throughout Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, HAVN's Palm Beach Shores neighborhood remains distinctly separate.
It was incorporated as its own town in the 1940s, on a hand-selected section at the southernmost edge of the island, with sapphire blue waters on three sides. Today, it is still one of the most sought-after addresses on the entire Atlantic seaboard.
